For full priced items, you are able to return items within 10 days of package delivery.
To be eligible for the return, the items must be unused, re-sellable and in its original packaging. All clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return. Full priced items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for exchanges or store credit.
We do not accept returns on sensory fillers, teethers and cups.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Returns will be issued as credit to the original form of payment only. If this is not possible, we will issue store credit.
To return your product, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping charges paid for by the customer are non-refundable however, if we made a mistake in shipping, we will cover the replacement shipping costs.
